I know this sounds dumb, but what do you think of a minor writing dark fics? I don’t use it as a coping mechanism, I just like my stories dark :p Both my fandom AUs and my original stories have topics such as: (trigger warning for religious trauma ig) cults rape forced marriage pedo shit incest underage pregnancy underage sex and so on. I’ve gotten a hate anon for it on my prev blog and I wonder if it’s an entirely bad thing? I don’t write out the dark scenes with rape n stuff since I’m not legally an adult, but I will imply it, or say it outright happened. Is that still okay? Or do I have to wait a bit/keep my stories private?

I find it very… intresting how amercian centric antis are. The age of consent is not 18 everywhere, so even if shipping could be illegal (which is not the case) shipping a 16 yo with an 30 yo would be okay from a legal standpoint. I feel like most antis from my country don’t even know that because they are just parroting what they read online. Which proves to me that they don’t actually care about whats legal or not.

I know you have a lot of asks right now, and you don’t have to answer this right away. But I don’t know who to ask here since you’re older than me and have more experience. Also, I’m not sure which one of you guys will answer this so if Toko reads this, I’m sorry. But for awhile now, I’ve been questioning if I can really call myself queer or if I’m one of the queers that wants to assimilate to amatonormativity. I want to have a baby of my own someday a future partner when I’m ready. But am I going with the status quo since I’m AFAB? Am I less queer for having a desire that goes against everyone else’s? This is actually been bothering me a lot because I just been noticing a major spite on people in the queer community who are strongly against having kids for themselves. It’s valid that they don’t want kids, but am I less valid for wanting one? Am I faking my sexuality? Am I faking my gender identity? Am I doing it wrong? Am I conforming to cishet standards? Am I going against queerness? This may sound stupid, but I’m being genuine that I’m close to crying while typing this.

Ugh. It makes me really uncomfortable that that concern trolling anti is saying “I’m a minor!” and then inviting strange adults into their “chats” to fix them. If they really are a minor, it doesn’t really seem safe to invite adults on the internet to come talk about why they’re bad and can be helped, especially if “chats” means DMS.

Surprised to see my fandom, TMNT, on here but also not surprised at all. the antis in this fandom are so insanely out there that you haven’t even seen the best worst take ever. I will admit it was on Twitter, and it’ll need some context. In the Rise movie, we briefly see the future, including a future Leonardo (F Leo for future). F Leo is clearly an adult and is confirmed as such due to time lines. Well people, as they do, drew some delicious nsfw of F Leo, because it’s the internet and who cares it’s a ducking turtle lmao. Anyway, this let to one anti to make a Twitter post along the lines of: I find it weird that people draw so much nsfw of F Leo when he spent the entire time in the show as a child. The tweet is now deleted so I can’t send a screenshot sadly so feel free to take the retelling with a grain of salt as this was a while back. Why was it deleted? because people, proship and anti and all, were so dumbfounded by this tweet, as it pretty much said that drawing nsfw of an adult is wrong because they were once a child, the person was getting a lot of comments. And before it’s speculated, no one was harassing or bullying them, they were just pointing out how ridiculously stupid it is to say this. So remember guys, if you ever have sex as an adult it’s icky and gross and you’re probably *insert a word antis like to throw around here* because you were once a child u_u

regarding that recent anon and the screenshot of the anti who was calling someone a “tif” and yaoi a “straight female fetish”, is anybody else uncomfortable with how often people who are so violently against fetishes or fanfiction will say things like “kiddie porn”, “kiddie diddlers”, “chomos”, and other slang terms, including the way they say “map” and “pedo” in a pejorative slang way (ie tone, where it doesn’t apply, etc)? like, they refuse to use actual terminology appropriately (csem, csa, cocsa, etc) and call non-pedophiles (ie people who just like anime girls) “pedos”, and then they say some professional psychologist who says “map”, because in psychology a paraphilia is more specific, is “using cutesy terminology”. meanwhile as a survivor of severe abuse, terms like “kiddie diddler” for my abusers feels a lot worse than some psychologist using neutral, but explicitly descriptive, terms (“minor attracted” doesn’t obfuscate that they’re attracted to minors, while “kiddie diddler” and “kiddie porn” definitely obfuscate “child sexual abuse” and “child sexual abuse materials” respectively). this is also an issue with people who advocate for the death penalty for abusers too- I’ve heard them say “kiddie diddler” more than I’ve ever heard somebody who takes a more compassionate stance, as they usually use language much more respectful to the victim. it makes it really hard to believe they’re actually coming at this from a stance of genuine compassion, or even disgust, because it’s a playground insult that clearly isn’t going to make victims feel comfortable. if you’re advocating to literally kill people, that’s supposed to be a pretty grave conversation, not the time for the sorts of things I, despite being a very crude person with a very dark sense of gallows humour about the abuse I went through, have only tended to say after a bottle of jäger- even the pope song by tim minchin isn’t on my “coping with my abuse” style playlists, as it uses the term “kiddie fucker” iirc. all of these antis constantly using this obfuscating and childish turn of phrase for serious situations makes it really hard to believe they’re the side who genuinely takes any of this stuff seriously at all- or at least it would if I was at all inclined to believe that in the first place ig.

A thing I see a lot that I think is sad is antis believing that it is morally correct and required to “outgrow” their favorite characters from childhood just because they grew up and the characters didn’t. You would think this is the one situation out of all that antis would be understanding of, but they’re not. Every time I see an anti talk about how much a character got them through and how much of a struggle it’s been to stop loving them because they’re an adult now and it’s “creepy” and “predatory” or “pedophilic” I just… *motions wildly* it’s so frustrating! I can’t imagine feeling that way and it’s sad to see them punish themselves for no reason like this. I’ve even seen some antis write entire disclaimers about how they now view this character ‘totally platonically and not in a “weird” (aka romantic or sexual) way’ on their posts about their childhood favorites and it’s just so unbelievably frustrating in a way I cannot put into words.
