I love Tracey and Michael. I think they arguably have the most tender moments together in the game. They certainly have the most positive relationship in the De Santa household.
It’s almost embarrassingly obvious how much Tracey loves and hero worships her father– despite being a cranky teenager. It’s clear her desire to get into show-business is a reflection of her father’s own ambitions and dreams.
Even if Tracey gets angry in the moment its clear she’s more pleased by her father’s over-protectiveness than upset by it. Their tempers are another thing that they have in common.
They also both show the same (legitimately) hypersexual tendencies.
I’m honestly surprised given how dark the themes of the game are that Rockstar didn’t go more heavily into an incestuous undertone for their relationship in game.
Basically I just think its clear that Tracey heavily takes after her father, whom she idolizes, and Michael dotes on Tracey to the point where it seems like she’s the only person in the family he legitimately cares ago.
