So here’s an interesting development in this saga.
It turns out that the rules on harm to minors in the community guidelines have been unchanged since January of 2020. (wayback link)
Which begs three questions.
why did people think it had been added in the November update?
why does it appear as though tumblr has only recently started strictly enforcing those rules?
why are people getting banned for discussing CSA trauma and not for being nazis and sending people death threats? blackheartxbiohazards
