I don’t even see the problem with being anti-para. Proship means what I like in fiction =/= condoning it irl. So, I don’t condone it. Why do I have to bend over backwards and prioritize people like my abusers? We need anti-para spaces for survivors to feel safe :/
there are also paraphiles who are looking for safe place online to discuss their attraction.
This is not directly related to the proship community but is related to censorship and tumblr policies.
Some proship people are also paraphiles and they are looking for a space as well.
Please note that “paraphilia” is not some kind of stealthy word for “pedophile” and it has a separate meaning which includes many kind of people with attractions that you would find harmless.
