Same loli question anon.I saw that in 2014 japan passed a law against fictional (drawn or cg) minors being used for pornographic works and a lot of antis use that as a gotcha. Is that law about about fictionals characters, or about someone drawing a real kid to be used for porn?
Anon. I cannot begin to explain to you how draconian Japanese anti-pornography laws are and have been for some time.
Porn of any kind is kind of sort of illegal in Japan– in the same way “obscene material” is kind of sort of illegal in the United States of America.
If you are in the USA right now somebody could potentially successfully prosecute you for:
- owning video tapes of live action gay porn
- owning video tapes of live action straight porn
- mailing a copy of live action straight porn through the postal system
- drawing explicit images of a fictional character
- writing explicit sexual fiction between two consenting adults
You do not understand just how bad our legal system is.
And Japan’s is worse, from the little I know of it.
