I don’t believe that seeing acts of evil glorified or romanticized in fiction causes human beings to choose to do evil.
But even if I did believe that, I still believe that any amount of censorship of art and fiction does more harm to society than any amount of evil acts inspired by fiction would do.
If evil acts in fiction do “100 harm points” to society, then restricting people’s freedom to do art and create fiction causes “1000 harm points” to society.
