It always drove me nuts seeing antis and pro censorship people be a-okay with gore and extreme violence, but then they have a big problem with any sexual content or themes such as age gap relationships that aren’t even taboo, professor x student ships, etc. they just treat those themes like they’re worse than gore or treat it like it’s a special type of evil, which is ironic. Censorship doesn’t just stop at one thing. First, it’ll be the sex, then it will be the violence, then it will be LGBT themes, and it will keep going, and going, and going. Metaphorically, I personally describe censorship as a nuclear weapon. Yes, it can destroy sexual themes, the specific target antis are after, but it will also get to LGBT themes, violence, and content they personally like.
