- Writing or reading fiction in which sexual harm comes to minors, or in which minors engage in sexual activity is not a crime.
- Writing or reading fiction in which sexual harm comes to minors, or in which minors engage in sexual activity does not make someone a pedophile.
- sending people death threats is a crime.
