I mean this with all the kindness, gentleness and sincerity in the world, anon.
why should anyone who knows what you’re shipping know what you look like?
why should anyone who knows you IRL know what you ship?
If you’re worried about being perceived as a creepy dude for your shipping tastes the obvious answer is to just not let anyone who knows what you ship know what you look like.
The body shaming of men and the stereotyping of certain male bodies as potential abusers, or as disgusting is very real and very terrible.
So I say this very sincerely anon– on the internet, no one knows that you’re a dog.
You can leave your age and gender off your shipping materials. Or you can pretend to be a 19 year old girl.
On the internet, it literally doesn’t matter what you look like.
