Is it okay if i ask about the psyop post? Why do you feel that way?
No problem, pal. 😾🔪 here, it was my post specifically, so here’s the context. (I’ll try not to ramble).
personal irl background: IRL in this lifetime, I/we were raised in a household where our father had significant paranoid delusions, primarily centered around the government. Typical ‘agents are following us, because I know too much’, ‘the government caused 911’, etc etc.
Kin background: A lot of my (😼🔪) kintypes and past lives specifically include experiences where I was a victim of actual government manipulation and conspiracies, mind control, and psyops.
irl historical background: The CIA and other groups, provably and factually use psyop (psychological operations) to disrupt groups that want to control or destroy. Things like inserting agents to agitate human rights, anti-racist, and communist groups by bringing up divisive topics, and leading to group infighting so that no actual work is done or progress is made.
observation: much of the antiship rhetoric we see (sex and kink negative, purity discussion) comes from TERF and fascist spaces. These spaces are being provided by, and are to the benefit of, western conservative christian fascist groups.
extrapolation: it is not hard to imagine deliberate agitators within the anti community, or above them within the terf or chirstofascist community deliberately sewing discord in proship spaces in order to shut us all up and dilute our message.
I am specifically referring to the pro-para/anti-para discourse that has recently started to become prevalent, as well as to the uptick in the presence of transid related posts and (apparent) minors seeking sexual contact in the proship tags.
To me, it seems like these are being created as a deliberate disruption of actual proship discourse, to divide us.
Personally, I think that it is absolutely possible that this is actually what is happening. But I marked the post cw unreality an cw delusion because I recognize the impact that my personal background has on my thinking in this sphere.
