This is so staggeringly sad in ways I can’t currently articulate.
“Yeah it’s totally okay to write to cope as long as you isolate yourself from everyone else and internalize everything and never seek validation from other victims!!!” -a totally normal thing to say about exposure therapy for healing from trauma and once again ignoring all the people who read to cope.
Again, why can I wax poetic about how I want to reanimate Lucien LaChance so we can give poisoned apples to all of Tamriel and laugh together as we abuse Bethesda physics and then wash the blood off our swords and no anti so much as bats an eye or even acknowledges real violence as bad, but as soon as sex is involved it’s suddenly not a healthy coping mechanism??
Why are there so many kids these days who internalize all concepts of sex as completely real all the time and end up having a worldview crisis because they suddenly realize that real rape is bad? Like?? As if that’s some kind of big revelation??? I’m not here to teach you that rape is bad! You should have learned that long before you learned the term “proship”, like of course we don’t talk about it!!! Why do you need random strangers on the internet to spoonfeed such profound messages to you as rape being bad????? I thought that was fucking obvious?????
