Hi, anon. I understand that you’re going through a lot right now. The world is unfair, and it feels like there is very little in your life that you can actually control.

I understand that lashing out, and saying cruel things to random strangers online can make you feel powerful, and feel better about yourself for a little while.

I hope that you can work on your coping skills, anon, because as coping skills go, bullying others is a hollow one that leaves you feeling worse than when you started.

I can’t imagine you want to look in the mirror and think, this is the face of a cruel person who likes to bully others. I don’t think that’s something that will make you feel better about yourself.

In my opinion, if you’re feeling frustrated and angry, you should let those feelings out in a healthy way. Maybe draw some art that represents your feelings, talk about your anger to a friend, or write some fiction that makes you feel safe and empowered.
